Since 1930, God’s people have been meeting together at MGBC!
From that start, ninety-four years ago, a strong and dynamic church family has developed.
MGBC is committed to reaching those in our community with services that touch all ages. We are committed to sharing the Word of God as it is written in His Holy Book.
Sunday: 9:15 Bible/Sunday School (Small Group Fellowship) held in various rooms / 10:30 Service held in the sanctuary. Children are dismissed during the service & escorted to “Children’s Church” in the Family Life Center – Secure location with a check in – check out system
Tuesday morning: 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM – Partners in Prayer – all are welcome to attend in the Fellowship Hall as a group of folks meet for a time of prayer for our families, church, community and country.
Tuesday morning: CSM – Christian Social Ministry. Our food pantry, clothing ministry and basic medical referral services operates from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Enter from 61st Ave.
Wednesday: 4:30 Family meal – Family Life Center – Service (Bible Study) at 6:00 PM various locations – meet first in the sanctuary. Children are escorted to the children’s music room / area in the Family Life Center. Youth meet in the Youth Center. Choir/Music practice follows the evening service
Thursday afternoon 3:30 to 5:30 PM “Open Gym” (When school is in session) where a bunch of young folks (Mostly students from EHS) gather for a time of basketball and other activities including sharing of the Word.
Friday early in the morning during football season – FCA Breakfast mostly attended by EHS students. A hearty breakfast along with a brief devotional happens before school starts.
We have a exercise / weight room that is available to church members Monday – Friday
Our library has hundreds, if not thousands, of books – hours vary during the week
Operation Christmas Child is a year long ministry in gathering products for those around the world less fortunate that us.
